About SF Store Self-pickup Service

  1. 請於下單時選擇指定自取地點,請瀏覽網址以了解順豐站地址及營業時間
    Orders can be delivered to SF Stores selected by customers at checkout. For SF Store location and business hours, please refer to this website.
  2. 暫時不支援「順便智能櫃」自取服務
    ‘EF Locker’ pickup is not available currently.
  3. 貨品到達後,順豐速運將發出「取件通知」短訊,請於收取短訊後即日起計 3 天內於指定自取地點取件。
    You have to pick up your parcel(s) at the specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification.
  4. 如逾期取件,順豐速運將會向客人收取存倉附加費,所有有關送貨事宜請自行向順豐速運查詢,Uber Eats 恕不代客人查詢及更改任何送貨安排。
    Customers should directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
送貨處理流程
Delivery Policy Process
  1. 貨品將以順豐速遞「順豐站自取服務」配送。
    We offer ‘SF Store Self-pickup Service’.
  2. 目前只接受送往香港(包括香港島、九龍、新界及離島),暫不支援澳門、中國內地及海外。
    We only ship to Hong Kong SAR, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands. Macau SAR, Mainland China region is not supported at the moment.
  3. 假日或公眾假期不提供送貨服務。
    Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  4. 如因閣下之個人理由未能如期收貨。請自行聯絡順豐速運再作安排,順豐速運有機會收取額外行政費。如貨件屢次派送失敗,Uber Eats 有機會因未能作出送貨安排而取消你的訂單並不作退款。
    If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be fulfilled for multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and no refund shall be made.
