付款方法 Payment methods

  1. 我們只接受透過閣下信用卡進行的付款,包括: Visa、MasterCard 萬事達卡付款,訂購人必須為信用卡持有人。
    We only accept payment via your credit card, including Visa and MasterCard. You must be the cardholder of the credit card used for purchase.

  1. 訂單一旦確認後,將無法更改或取消,不設退款。
    All orders once successfully made cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

  1. 成功完成交易後,將收取「訂單確認」電郵,內附已確認之訂購資料。如未能收到取「訂單確認」電郵,可透過程式內「幫助」功能與 Uber 團隊聯絡。
    We will send an order confirmation email to you in which details of the order will be included. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact ‘Help’ function to contact Uber Support via Uber Driver App.

可以退還保溫袋及取回保溫袋費用嗎?
Can I return the bag and get the bag reimbursement?

所有貨品一經購買將不設任何退款。
如你於 4 月 30 日前曾借取保溫袋,而現時想安排退回按金,請可透過程式內「幫助」功能與 Uber 團隊聯絡。

Please note all orders once successfully made in this website cannot be refunded.

If you have got the insulated bag before 30th Apr and would like to return the bag and deposit, please contact the ‘Help’ function to contact Uber Support via Uber Driver App

Should you have any inquiries, you can contact us via the ‘Help’ > ‘Delivering with Uber’ > ‘Getting started with delivery’ > ‘How to get insulated bags?’ section in the Uber Driver App. We’ll follow up as soon as possible.
